1) that the administrator of your personal data provided by you on the form on the website www.fdpa.org.pl is the Foundation for the Development of Polish Agriculture based in Warsaw, 19 Gombrowicza Street, 01-682 Warsaw, NIP: 1130013295, REGON: 001387892, KRS: 0000143832;
2) The Foundation has appointed a Data Protection Officer at the Foundation - , who can be contacted at e-mail address: iodo@fdpa.org.pl or at tel. 531829523 or by letter to the Foundation's address;
3) Your personal data (name and surname, e-mail account name, position and employing institution) will be processed for the purpose of downloading free publications and sending you commercial/marketing information regarding the activities of the Foundation, based on your separate and voluntary consent (i.e.: on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) RODO);
4) Your personal data will only be passed on to entities carrying out, on behalf of the Foundation, the service of sending commercial/marketing information and possibly to entities organising, on behalf of the Foundation, services provided by the Foundation, in particular - conferences, competitions, etc., in which you register your participation;
5) Your personal data will be stored until you revoke the consent you have given;
6) In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right, in accordance and under the terms of the RODO, to:
- request the Foundation to access your personal data,
- request the Foundation to rectify your personal data,
- request the Foundation to delete your personal data,
- request the Foundation to restrict the processing of your personal data,
- to object to the processing of your personal data,
- the portability of your personal data,
- revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before revocation,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw; if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the RODO;

7) The Foundation does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country or international organisation;
8) Your personal data is not subject to automated processing including profiling;
9) The provision by you of the personal data referred to in point 3) above is voluntary and their failure to do so, their deletion or withdrawal of consent will result in the Foundation's inability to send you the commercial/marketing information referred to in point 3) above and their removal from the collection of customer data of the website www.fdpa.org.pl belonging to the Foundation.
DOWNLOADING FREE PUBLICATIONS
Downloading free electronic publications belonging to the Foundation from www.fdpa.org.pl requires that you provide your name, surname, email address and employer/institution name in the relevant form. In order to download a publication, you must give your consent to the processing of your personal data by the Foundation, solely for the purposes of downloading free publications from www.fdpa.org.pl. These fields are mandatory. The data provided allow the Foundation to identify those who have acquired the right to use the publication free of charge for personal purposes, and also serve statistical purposes or possibly to protect the Foundation's copyright or other claims related to the unlawful use of the publication.
When downloading the publication, the user may also agree to receive commercial information from the Foundation concerning the FDPA, in particular about conferences, competitions, workshops, seminars, training courses and other events organised by the FDPA. This consent is voluntary and is not necessary to download the publication.
UNANNOUNCED MESSAGES
he Foundation reserves the right to send unannounced messages to persons whose contact details it holds and who have agreed to their processing by giving the appropriate consents at www.fdpa.org.pl.
By unannounced messages, the Foundation means information relating directly to commercial information about the FDPA, in particular about conferences, competitions, workshops, seminars, training courses and other events organised by the FDPA.
Commercial information is kept to a minimum wherever possible and sent occasionally.
COOKIES
In connection with the provision of the website www.fdpa.org.pl, the Foundation uses cookies, i.e. information stored by the servers on the user's terminal equipment, which can be read by the servers each time the user connects to that terminal equipment.
